Hospital parking infraction
I'm not understanding why the city is telling the guards at the hospital to charge people for something they have not done. I parked in the 15 minute parking area, and yes I was over the 15 minutes by mistake because some things take longer than expected when you enter a hospital. Yet they are charging me for "Parked on private property without permission" when above there is a box for "Parked longer than permitted/signs posted". I'm being told that that box does not apply to this situation because it’s considered private property. There should be a different option for the guards to check off that actually relates to infraction that had happened and it should be related to parking longer than permitted which is a charge of $10 verses what I am being wrongfully charged for at $30. We are not going to the hospital to party, we don’t go there because we love it, we go to the hospital because we are injured, sick or visiting people that are injured or sick. Stop using hospitals as another way to take money from the citizens that already have a hard enough time finding a job in this town.
