Use conceptual art, plus more?
The conceptual art for the waterfront vision looks magnificent! Surely if I were from somewhere else I would want to come here and participate in all that. I also think that this will benefit the town even more in the long run, as with more tourists comes more customers for small businesses, which are very important to Uptown Leamington's culture. However, I think that if it is fiscally possible, we should try and add as much as we can to the vision. Perhaps the promenade should extend through Seacliff Beach as well, and alongside the path there could be an area for vendors to set up; which would, again, bring money into the municipality. Just an idea, but I hope it is considered, and I encourage others to present their ideas for the waterfront vision as well.

Thank you, Mr. Paterson. I am glad that there is so much focus on improving Leamington's already-beautiful waterfront, and I am excited to see what the future holds for the area.

Thank you for sharing your ideas. Part of the vision does include a connecting promenade from the dock to Seacliff Park. The vendor setup could happen on the beach as well as on the dock where we hope to allow pedestrian traffic. All of it aimed at tourism and quality of life for our local residents. Keep the ideas coming. Mayor John Paterson.
